本機(jī)主要是由清理室、室內(nèi)輸送輥道與進(jìn)出輸送輥道、拋丸器、彈丸循環(huán)系統(tǒng) ( 含提升機(jī)、分離器、縱橫螺旋輸送器和供丸管道 ) 、吹掃機(jī)構(gòu)、除塵、電氣控制等功能部件組成。

為連續(xù)送料的高功能連續(xù)作業(yè)清理機(jī)，在清理過(guò)程中由電氣控制的可變頻調(diào)速的輸送輥道將鋼結(jié)構(gòu)件或鋼材、鋼板送進(jìn)清理機(jī)室體內(nèi)拋射區(qū)時(shí)，其周身各面受到來(lái)自八臺(tái)不同坐標(biāo)方位的拋丸器的強(qiáng)力密集彈丸的打擊與磨擦，使其上的氧化銹層及污物迅速脫落，鋼材表面就獲得具有一定粗糙度的光潔表面。落入鋼材上面的彈丸與銹塵經(jīng)回收螺旋輸送到彈丸循環(huán)系統(tǒng)，在清理室外兩邊輥道裝卸工件。清理過(guò)程中，撒落下來(lái)的丸塵混合物經(jīng)室體漏斗、縱橫向螺旋輸送機(jī)匯集于提升機(jī)下部，再提升到機(jī)器上部的分離器里，分離后的純凈彈丸落入分離器料斗中，供拋丸循環(huán)使用。拋丸清理中產(chǎn)生塵埃，由抽風(fēng)管送向除塵系統(tǒng)，凈化處理后的凈氣排放到大氣中；顆粒狀塵埃，由抽風(fēng)管送向除塵系統(tǒng)，凈化處理后的凈氣排放到大氣中，顆粒狀塵埃被捕捉收集。
