噴砂房是我公司在蜂窩地板技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上，自行開發(fā)、設(shè)計的環(huán)保型蜂窩式噴砂（丸）房，可按客戶的產(chǎn)品特性、噴砂要求等設(shè)計制作。蜂窩地板噴砂房是利用風(fēng)機(jī)的風(fēng)力為動力，將磨料通過回料管道吸送到旋風(fēng)分離器中進(jìn)行分離，最后進(jìn)入噴砂系統(tǒng)循環(huán)利用。

具有以下優(yōu)點(diǎn)：

1、省去了常規(guī)噴砂房砂料輸送煤循環(huán)系統(tǒng)的螺旋輸送機(jī)，斗式提升機(jī)以及地下工程，不需建造地坑，節(jié)約了地基施工費(fèi)用，大大節(jié)約了工程成本；

2、磨料回收率高，便于清換磨料；

3、主要電氣元件均采用進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品，具有性能穩(wěn)定，安全可靠，使用壽命長，維護(hù)簡單；

4、噴砂房室體內(nèi)有高清晰的能見度，室體自然補(bǔ)風(fēng)，節(jié)約能源消耗；

5、本機(jī)采用雙級除塵，第一級采用旋風(fēng)分離器，第二級用濾芯式除塵系統(tǒng)，其總除塵效率可達(dá)99.99%以上；

6、在噴砂房正面房頂上部，配有“聲光報警系統(tǒng)”，在噴砂房內(nèi)，配有急停呼叫按鈕；

7、各系統(tǒng)電控采用互鎖控制，當(dāng)其中一系統(tǒng)出現(xiàn)故障時，相關(guān)系統(tǒng)均停止工作，噴槍停止噴射；

8、房體采用建筑裝飾設(shè)計，外觀簡潔、美觀、規(guī)范，降噪效果好，且安裝便捷。
